5 porter with Garrett T2 turbo

   Here are some pictures of my "old" engine which I sold to a friend when I started with my BMW 16V head

   project. (I hope I will not regret it....) The T2 gives a lot more street usable car than the original T3 from

   the Metro. A sandwich plate had to be made to adapt the T2 to the original Metro header. Over the years

   I tried different combinations of A/R housings and compressors; also EGT probes were installed.

   My next turbo for the Bimmer project will be from the more efficient Garrett GT turbo range.
